Lutein 20mg
I have been taking Lutein for over 10 years now, and would recommend it to anyone who has eye trouble, especially if you have diabetes.when I first started taking it I was a bit sceptical as to whether it would help, as I do suffer with type 2 diabetes. it was the best decision I ever made as it helps maintain my eye health and my eyesight is a lot better since I started taking it.
